Expect to hear everything from the 1960s Ike and Tina Turner Revue: ‘Funkier Than a Mosquitos Tweeter’; ‘A Love Like Yours’; ‘I Smell Trouble’; ‘River Deep, Mountain High’; to classic Tina anthems like ‘Private Dancer’, ‘What You Get is What You See’, ‘We Don’t Need Another Hero’ and ‘GoldenEye’.
The show is fronted by Ruby Rose, Sussex-based soul Diva extraordinaire, who boasts a stellar career spanning many years. Tina, The Queen of Rhythm is Ruby’s labour of love that came to fruition in February 2023

“I was inspired to channel and embody the incredible energy and presence of Tina. I felt a passionate desire to pay homage to the way she commanded an audience – from her subtle moves to the full on hypnotic dance routines (always in heels!).
It was equally important to me that I showcase Tina’s full vocal journey, including some of her famous duets, to really highlight how she is always truly the star of the show!”
